Experience

Javier’s professional experience focuses on civil and commercial litigation before Spanish courts, as well as commercial and investment arbitration before the main international (ICC, ICSID) and Spanish courts (CAM, CEA, CIMA).

Javier specialises in dispute resolution in cases of particular complexity and value, in contractual matters (construction and engineering projects, energy, transport, telecommunications, M&A, real estate, new technologies), corporate matters (disputes between shareholders, challenging corporate resolutions, directors’ liability) and insolvency. He also advises on proceedings for the recognition, enforcement and annulment of arbitration awards.
