Experience
Natalia is specialised in the firm’s Litigation and Public Law practice area. Her practice focuses primarily on litigation, under the jurisdiction of both the administrative and civil courts, including all types of corporate disputes (i.e. challenging corporate resolutions, directors’ liability) before the Commercial Courts.
She advises and defends her clients’ interests on complex matters, both at the pre-litigation and litigation stages of proceedings and on a wide variety of matters including all types of conflicts (in the healthcare sector, corporate conflicts, consumers and users, air and road transport, the finance and banking sector), and therefore has an extensive knowledge of the different branches of public and private law.
She boasts ample experience in connection with the application of general and specific administrative legislation and advising administrations, public entities and private companies on their relationships with public administrations.
She is also knowledgeable in administrative procurement and its changes and advises national and international clients on public procurement issues and asset liability claims before the public administrations, through both administrative and contentious-administrative channels and the civil courts. She provides ongoing advice to companies participating in tender offers for all types of public contracts (works, services, sourcing and concessions) both throughout the tendering process and during their execution.
Her main clients include major domestic and international companies such as Iberdrola, Aena, El Corte Inglés, Grupo ACS, OHL, Acciona, Copicsa, Técnicas Reunidas, Grupo Puentes and Comsa.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Natalia has lectured for the Master’s degree in Business Law at Universidad de Navarra.
She was also a speaker for the Public Law seminars regarding new regulation in administrative proceedings held at Pérez-Llorca in 2016.
Natalia is also one of the authors in the collective volume of work “Medidas cautelares y ejecución de sentencias en la litigación con Administraciones públicas” published by La Ley in 2015 and the more recent “La Regulación de la Economía Colaborativa” published by Tirant lo Blanch in 2017.
She is also a speaker at and coordinator of different events and webinars held with clients and potential clients at the Firm. In this respect, she was involved as a speaker and coordinator of the various “Public Procurement Breakfast Sessions” held at the Firm, which analysed the main developments in public procurement after the publication of Law 9/2017, of 8 November, on Public Sector Contracts. She has also been involved as a speaker in webinars on legal provisions related to public procurement approved to address the COVID-19 crisis; as well as another online event on the management of European funds for the Digital Transformation, which was organised by DCH (International Organisation of Managers of Human Capital).
