Pérez-Llorca reinforces their Employment practice with the addition of three professionals

Daniel Cifuentes, María Eugenia de la Cera and Aymara Santamaría will join the firm over the next few weeks.

Pérez-Llorca will add three employment attorneys over the next few weeks to reinforce and boost the Employment practice area at the firm.

Up until now, Daniel Cifuentes was a partner at an English law firm. He has a degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid. In addition, he has completed the Programme on Labour Relations at the School of Legal Practice at Universidad Complutense and a Master’s degree in Sport Law at Universidad San Pablo CEU in Madrid. Furthermore, he has postgraduate studies in insolvency matters from Universidad de Deusto.

As a specialist in employment law, Cifuentes will join the Employment practice of the firm as partner during the course of the next few weeks. His rich and successful career has served him to be selected as one of the best employment law attorneys in Spain by the directory Best Lawyers® and to be ranked in band 2 in Chambers & Partners Europe for his work in the same field.

María Eugenia de la Cera and Aymara Santamaría, who will join as associates, have vast and praised experience in employment law. They bring their experience from various national and English law firms. In addition, De la Cera is ranked in Chambers & Partners Europe as an “Associate to Watch”.

These new additions come to strengthen the work of the firm’s Employment practice, which is led by partners Luis Enrique Fernández Pallarés and Fernando Ruiz, and formed by associates Laura Pérez and Isabel Moya, among others. Throughout 2014, Pérez-Llorca has reinforced various practices with the arrival of Ana Ribó, who together with the Judge on leave of absence, Javier García Marrero, joined the Litigation & Arbitration practice of the firm, and the State Attorney on leave of absence Elena Veleiro as well as Prosecutor on leave of absence Antonio Camacho, who joined the Public Law and White Collar Crime teams, respectively.
