Rebus sic stantibus clause for successive and/or long-term contracts

On 15 October 2014, the First Chamber of the Supreme Court handed down judgment no. 591/2014, which implemented the change in the jurisprudential trend initiated by judgment no. 333/2014, of 30 June 2014, on the interpretation of the rebus sic stantibus clause.
