In order for the company succession regime provided for in Directive 2001/23/EEC of 12 March 2001 (the “Directive”) and in article 44 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015 of 23 October 2015, approving the consolidated text of the Workers’ Statute Law (the “Workers’ Statute”) to be activated, the transfer of an autonomous production unit must take place.
