On 4 July, Pérez-Llorca will hold a seminar that will discuss the sale of credit portfolios, with special mention of the pre-emptive buy-back of litigious credit, at its headquarters in Madrid.

Speakers will include Javier Gutiérrez de Cabiedes, Head of Litigation Practice at CaixaBank and Isabel V. González, a professor at the Universidad de Murcia. Guillermina Ester Rodríguez, Partner of the Public law and Litigation and Arbitration practices at Pérez-Llorca, and Luis López Alonso, Associate in the same practice area, will also speak at the event.

The state of play from a business perspective and the way in which the courts are approaching the issue will be analysed.
