This is the fourth Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair for Commercial Law session to take place in the United States, and on this occasion it will be held in collaboration with US firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
Speakers will include Alan M. Klein, Partner of M&A law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett; Kurt N. Simon, Global Chairman of Mergers and Acquisitions at JP Morgan; Javier Carvajal, Partner of Corporate law at Pérez-Llorca and Sara Sánchez, a lecturer at IE Law School. Todd Crider, Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, will moderate the discussion.
