The opening and presentation of the Consultores 2016 award shall be carried out by José María Álvarez, Chairman of CESINE Editorial, José Luis García-Manso, partner at Pérez-Llorca and Ricardo Martí-Fluxá, Chairman of ACI.
The speakers at the first round table on “The Present and Future of the Real Estate Market: The contribution of the consultancy sector” will be: Alfonso Aramendía Peralta, Director of Corporate Finance at Aguirre Newman; José Miguel Setién, Head of Office Business at JLL Spain; José Mittelbrum, National Advisory & Leasing Director at CBRE and Julio Gallego, Real Estate Manager in the Advisory Services department at Gesvalt. The round table will be moderated by Javier Muñoz Méndez, Real Estate lawyer at Pérez-Llorca.
In the second round table, “The Present and Future of the Real Estate Market: The vision of investors and the owners” the following persons will take part: Javier Zarrabeitia, Associate at Greenoak in Madrid; Fátima Saéz del Cano, Spain Director at Grosvenor Europe; Christophe Mouton, Spain and Portugal Director at Mitiska Reim and Luis Iglesias, Real Estate Asset Management Partner at Alantra. Gonzalo Prado, Procurement Centre Director at INBISA Construcción, will moderate the debate.
