On 31 May, Pérez-Llorca will hold the seminar 'Consumer protection in the banking sector' in its auditorium in Barcelona. The seminar will address the changes that have taken place in recent years, from both the perspective of current and future amendments to Spanish law, as well as analysing the most relevant cases that have been already decided and that are currently being heard before the CJEU.
