Pérez-Llorca expands its offices in Madrid to the Torre Foster

01/07/2018

Pérez-Llorca will expand its Madrid headquarters to the Cuatro Torres Business Area complex in Madrid. The Firm will move some of its professionals to a floor of the Torre Foster in light of the significant growth witnessed in recent years.

The Firm will retain its current corporate headquarters, located at Paseo de la Castellana 50, and adds the Torre Foster to the offices it has already established in Barcelona, London and New York, all of which are located on emblematic squares in these cities.

In April 2013, Pérez-Llorca moved its headquarters in Madrid from calle Alcalá to Paseo de la Castellana 50 in order to accommodate its growth forecasts. “The Firm’s workforce has increased substantially over the years and we consider that, in order to continue with our strategic plan, we must find a new location to complement the ones we already have. Having considered various possibilities, we believe that the Torre Foster satisfies all the requirements, both for our professionals and our clients, in order to accommodate the development of the Firm in the most comfortable, modern and efficient way,” stated Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Senior Partner of the Firm.

The Torre Foster, which is named after the renowned English architect that designed it, is one of the most emblematic buildings in Madrid and the second tallest in Spain. It is equipped with the latest technology, which helps to make it a smart building thanks to the central computer system that controls some of the services such as the air conditioning, lighting and automatic blinds, as well as the sanitary facilities to reduce water consumption. It is located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area complex, an avant-garde business space where the fiscal and corporate headquarters of other international companies can also be found.

Pérez-Llorca will move this autumn and will occupy an entire floor. The building also houses the headquarters of the energy company Cepsa and the offices of the holiday rental company Homeaway.
