The session will discuss the legal urban planning status of the developments being carried out in the South East of Madrid and their impact on the capital’s housing market. Vicente Estebaranz Parra, Partner and head of Pérez-Llorca’s Urban Planning practice, and Antonio Lodeiro Guardiola, CEO of Activum Servicios Inmobiliarios, will open the event.
Taking part in the first round table discussion, entitled ‘360º Vision’, will be Juan Carlos Lasheras Merino, Managing Director of Urban Planning at the Madrid City Council; David Martínez Montero, CEO of AEDAS Homes; Mauricio Fernández De Clerk, Manager of the Valdecarros Compensation Committee and Ignacio Ortiz de Andrés, Head of Market Research at Activum Servicios Inmobilarios.
In the second round table, entitled ‘Think Tank’, José María García Gómez, Managing Director of Housing and Rehabilitation of the Autonomous Community of Madrid; José María Ezquiaga Domínguez, Dean of Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid; José Trigueros Rodrigo, representative of the Governing Board of Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos; Javier López Linares, Manager of Los Cerros and Marta Velasco Izquierdo, Associate of Pérez-Llorca’s Urban Planning practice, will all give their views. Alberto Ibort Franch, Senior Associate of Pérez-Llorca’s Urban Planning practice, will moderate both round table discussions.
