The event will be split into four debates: the first will focus on private debt in corporate transactions, with input from Ignacio López del Hierro. Director of Tikehau Capital; Iñigo Heredia, Managing Director, Investment Banking at Bankinter; Leopoldo Reaño, Principal at H.I.G Capital and Javier García-Palencia, Managing Partner, Head of Debt Capital Markets & Debt Advisory at Alantra. This first debate will be moderated by Ildefonso Arenas, Partner of Banking and Finance at Pérez-Llorca.
The second debate of the event will analyse the challenges for real estate in 2019. The speakers will include Jaime Martínez Pérez, Investment Director for Real Estate at AQ Partners; Adolfo Favieres, Managing Director, Country Head Spain at Barings Real Estate; Heriberto Teruel Márquez, National Director for Corporate Finance at CBRE Real Estate and Álvaro Morales Ardid, Director of Real Estate Finance at ING Real Estate Finance. Fatima Fernández-Tagle, Director of AgenSynd, will be in charge of moderating this section of the event.
After this, institutional investors in project finance transactions will be discussed. This section will be led by Severin Hiller, Co-Head Infrastructure Debt at Rivage Investments; Óscar García Sánchez, Head of Infrastructure Finance at Natixis; Beatriz Caja, Head of Project Finance at Sacyr Concesiones and Jesús González Torrijos, Managing Partner at Rubicon Infrastructure Advisors. The moderator will be Fernando García Molina, Managing Director of AgenSynd.
Lastly, Tomas Neuhaus, Associate Director of Kartesia; Álvaro Merry del Val, Executive Director – Head of Credit Watch Spain at Banco Santander; David B. Rodríguez, Managing Director of Ben Oldman Partners and Francisco García-Ginovart, Senior Vicepresident of Houlihan Lokey, will analyse debt transactions in special situations and distressed transactions. Ander Valverde, Partner of Banking and Finance at Pérez-Llorca will moderate the discussion.
