He is a lawyer with an extensive background in intellectual property and technology law, widely recognised for his analytical skills and experience in the entertainment and digital media sector, both in transactions and litigation, and with a strong focus on international matters.

Experience
In the digital media and entertainment sector, Andy works with multinational companies and gaming associations on intellectual property, consumer and children’s rights, contract law, and regulatory issues. He has represented clients in legal proceedings for infringement of rights and in regulatory matters. In addition, in the audiovisual field, he advises major companies and VOD platforms on complex negotiations, infringement claims and regulatory analysis, including collecting society issues. In the music industry, Andy advises digital aggregators and major content producers on legal aspects of the convergence between music and technology.
In the software field, he has led transactions and litigation on computer development and software ownership, including projects related to artificial intelligence. His litigation experience allows him to offer comprehensive advice on technology transfer transactions, from pre-negotiation to execution, ensuring the protection of assets and the chain of rights.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Andy has contributed to a number of articles and international legal studies on intellectual property and technology, including: “La web3: una aproximación jurídica” (2022), “Las medidas cautelares en materia de propiedad intelectual” (2021), “Acciones civiles y penales contra sitios web de enlaces infractores de derechos” (2020), and “Derecho de los videojuegos: aspectos jurídicos y de negocio” (2023), a treatise he coordinated with the participation of more than 60 authors.
He is also a regular lecturer and teacher in courses specialising in intellectual property, internet, technology, robotics and entertainment. The World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) has invited him to give lectures in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Indonesia, Switzerland and Brazil. He is also the co-founder and vice-chair of the Spanish Entertainment Association (DENAE).
