Profile
Álvaro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2018, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Álvaro worked in the Administrative law practice at a Spanish firm.

Experience
Álvaro is a specialist in urban planning law and provides advice on:
- Contentious-administrative and administrative litigation, with special emphasis on proceedings challenging planning and management instruments, administrative liability, regularisation of works and protection of urban legality.
- Advice and participation in the drafting and processing of different land planning and environmental instruments (General Plans, Partial Plans, Special Plans, Re-Plotting Projects, Land Planning Agreements, etc.).
- Advising public administrations and land planning entities (e.g. compensation committees, town councils, urban conservation entities) on land planning management and development of land.
Academic and Publishing Collaborations
Álvaro has published articles in various specialised legal journals, such as El Economista – Agua y Medio Ambiente. He has also contributed to and taught on the Real Estate Master’s Degree organised by the Real Estate Business School.
