Speakers at the seminar shall include José Antonio Ballestero, member of the CGPJ and Senior Judge of the High Court of Galicia; Francisco de Borja Iriarte, Senior Judge of the High Court of the Basque Country and Dámaso Riaño, Secretary General of the Madrid Court of Arbitration. The session will be moderated by Mercedes Romero, partner of the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration practice.
The speakers will discuss the relationship between arbitration and jurisdiction, and the fact that arbitration processes must enjoy freedom, while always meeting jurisdictional requirements to ensure that basic procedural principles are followed.
