Experience

Juan has spent his professional career in various national and international firms where he has participated in the market’s most significant insolvency and restructuring processes. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and homologation of restructuring agreements, in the purchase and recovery of non-performing loan portfolios, in the defence of clawback actions and directors’ liability claims, and in relation to M&A in pre-insolvency and insolvency situations.

He has advised a variety of different clients including listed companies, major national groups, foreign investors, funds and banks.
