On Thursday 9 July, Pérez-Llorca and the IE Law School will hold a new session of their joint Chair on Commercial Law.
The Chair will analyse the importance of distressed M&A deals given the current situation, discuss the sectors and targets that can generate opportunities, and explore alternative transaction structures.
Paola Lozano, partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Pedro Marques da Gama, partner at Pérez-Llorca Corporate, will speak at the seminar. The session will be moderated by Sara Sánchez, PhD in Law, Researcher and professor at the IE.
