Megumi joined Pérez-Llorca in 2020. Prior to this, she worked in a prestigious international firm and at a Big Four firm in the area of real estate law.

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Megumi specialises in Real Estate law. She advises national and international clients on various types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales of assets, sale and leaseback transactions, and real estate financing. Likewise, she has been involved with various credit portfolio acquisition transactions.
