Experience

María is part of the Real Estate practice area at Pérez-Llorca and is specialised in advising both national and international clients on all types of real estate transactions and corporate matters. Her advice ranges from the preparation of due diligence reports to negotiation and execution of sale and leaseback, forward funding, acquisition and transfer of real estate portfolios (e.g. shopping centres, office buildings, logistics parks), and distressed debt transactions (NPLs), as well as REO portfolios. Likewise, she provides advice on the negotiation and drafting of commercial real estate contracts.

Furthermore, she has advised national and international investment funds, REITs, insurance companies, financial institutions and retailers.
