The Resolution of the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds (DGSFP) of 3 June 2021, establishing the basic principles of training courses and programmes for insurance and reinsurance distributors, has been published in the Official State Bulletin.
This Resolution aims to ensure that distributors have sufficient knowledge to carry out the distribution activity, and complements Royal Decree 287/2021 of 20 April, which established a training framework for insurance and reinsurance distributors, and repeals the Resolution of 18 February 2011.
