Profile
Marta joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2021. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for six years as a lawyer in the tax practice of a well-known national law firm which is part of an international network/alliance. In 2019, she completed a four-month secondment at the Paris office of one of the firms in the network.

Marta advises national and international clients on corporate restructuring transactions (tax neutrality regime), due diligence processes, W&I policies, high net worth individuals, the taxation of inpatriates and expatriates, indirect taxation of real estate transactions and tax benefits for family businesses.
