On 3 November, Royal Decree-law 24/2021 of 2 November was published in the Official State Gazette, adopting the text transposed into Spanish law, including, Directive 2019/789 of the European Parliament and the Council, of 17 April 2019 establishing rules on the exercise of copyright and related rights applicable to certain online transmissions by broadcasting organisations and to retransmissions of radio and television programmes; and Directive 2019/790 of the European Parliament and the Council of 17 April 2019 on copyright and related rights in the digital single market.
