Pérez-Llorca has released the book ‘Medidas cautelares y diligencias preliminares en el ámbito civil’ (‘Interim Measures and Preliminary Proceedings in Civil Matters’), published by Thomson Reuters Aranzadi and coordinated by Javier García Marrero, Litigation and Arbitration partner at Pérez-Llorca.
This collective work analyses in detail the conditions and different types of interim measures and preliminary proceedings that can be found in court practice, with an eminently hands-on approach combined with a pedagogical point of view.
The text is the result of the coordinated work of a large group of external authors (senior judges, academics and university professors, among others), as well as lawyers from a number of Pérez-Llorca’s practice areas.
