Transposition of PSD 2 and other urgent financial measures

This briefing analyses the main changes introduced by the transposition in Spain of Directive 2015/2366 of the EP and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market, among which there are some important developments that were not reflected in the texts of the preliminary drafts for public hearing.
