Profile
Isabella joined Pérez-Llorca in 2021, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she worked in the Real Estate department of a well-known Spanish law firm and in the Litigation and Arbitration department of a renowned international firm.
Studies:
- 2021 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and Business Law, Universidad de Navarra.
- 2020 Joint Honours degree in Law and Philosophy, Universidad de Navarra.
She speaks Spanish, English and German.
Experience
Isabella works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice area and specialises in Commercial and Real Estate law. She advises domestic and international clients on corporate and real estate law, as well as on the sale and purchase of companies and assets, and on mergers and spin-offs.
Previously, Isabella gained experience in the firm’s Litigation practice area.
