Santiago Maldonado joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. He gained experience in the firm’s Corporate/M&A, Real Estate and Banking and Finance practice areas. Prior to this, he worked for two years at a well-known international financial institution.

Experience

Santiago works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/M&A practice. He advises on corporate matters, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and co-investment transactions, providing legal advice to all types of domestic and international clients. During his time at the firm, Santiago has also worked on financing transactions and real estate acquisitions.
