María Domingo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 as counsel for the Litigation practice area.
Studies:
- 2003 Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Law from ESADE (Ramón Llull University). ESADE Talent Scholarship
- 2002 ERASMUS Programme at the University of Marburg (Germany)
She speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
Experience
Maria boasts extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, including proceedings in corporate matters, obligations and contracts, civil liability and unfair competition. She has also participated as counsel and assistant to the arbitral tribunal in various national and international arbitration proceedings.
Academic and publishing collaborations
María has been an associate professor of Private International Law at ESADE Law School since 2014, teaching on the Master’s Degree in International Business Law, the Bachelor’s Degree in Law and the Joint Honours Degree in Law and Business Administration.
María is the author of several articles in specialised journals (Revista Jurídica de Catalunya, La Ley and Economist & Jurist).
