Jorge Walser joined Pérez-Llorca in April 2020. Before joining the firm, he worked for seven years as a lawyer at prestigious criminal law firms. During his professional career, he also held the position of Instructor of the Deontology Commission at the Valencia Bar Association.

Experience

Jorge has handled the legal direction of individuals and companies in all phases of criminal proceedings relating to fraud, unfair administration, misappropriation, punishable insolvency, corruption between individuals, corporate offences, money laundering, against the Public Treasury, against the Social Security, subsidy fraud, against workers’ rights, against public health in relation to the market, and corruption offences (bribery, influence peddling, embezzlement, etc.).

He also has experience in the implementation of crime prevention programmes.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Jorge has taught as a guest lecturer for the “Integrated Practices” course as part of the Law degree at the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU.

He has contributed to the selection of criminal jurisprudence articles for the legal journal of the Valencian Community, published by Tirant lo Blanch.

He has also worked as a specialist criminal lawyer for the online legal consultancy of the legal database of said publisher.
