He speaks Spanish and English. He also reads and understands French.

Experience

Alejandro Alberte has extensive experience in advising on all types of corporate transactions (LBOs, MBOs, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures), mainly with an international component, and in recent years he has developed a strong energy and infrastructure practice, with a particular focus on investment funds in these sectors. He has also advised on other M&A transactions with private equity funds and big national and international industrial firms.
