He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Jesús currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate practice area, in the Barcelona office, having previously worked in the firm’s Madrid and New York offices. Jesús advises national and international clients on domestic and cross-border corporate and real estate transactions.

Jesús also has extensive experience in various areas related to M&A, corporate finance and real estate law.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Jesús contributes to editorial activities, having published several articles and legal briefings on current and legally significant issues in his area of expertise.
