Adriana Martín joined Pérez-Llorca in 2008 and was named Counsel in 2022. In 2007, she did an internship at the Office of Public Prosecution at the Catalonian Supreme Court of Justice. In the summer of 2009, she completed a secondment with Vueling Airlines.

• 2007 Law degree, Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona

She speaks Catalan, Spanish, English, and basic French.

Experience

Adriana is part of the Real Estate practice area at Pérez-Llorca. She has participated in various real estate transactions, preparing different types of documents, and she has also participated in real estate due diligence proceedings for national transactions.

In addition, Adriana has worked with the Corporate team on various transactions, preparing different types of corporate documents. She has also worked on business restructuring transactions and on corporate due diligence proceedings.

Adriana occasionally collaborates with the Litigation and Arbitration practice area.
