Beatriz joined Pérez-Llorca in June 2015 after having worked four years as an associate lawyer in the Commercial Law department of a big four, between 2011 and 2015.

Studies:

• 2010 Degree in Law with a diploma in Business Studies, Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE)

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Beatriz specialises in Corporate and Financial Law. She is experienced in advising private and listed companies, having participated in a diverse number of financing transactions at both a national and international level, in particular regarding the financing of infrastructures and asset finance. In addition, Beatriz has taken part in a number of corporate transactions, particularly with regard to the increase and reduction of capital, and the incorporation and restructuring of companies, as well as in general company matters.
