Patricia Alonso-Lamberti joined Pérez-Llorca in 2015 after working as a lawyer in the Commercial area of a Spanish firm.

Studies:

• 2014 Master’s degree in Corporate Law, IE Law School
• 2013 Degree in Law with a certificate in Business (E-1), Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid
• 2010 Scholarship at the Centro de Estudios Garrigues for the Anglo-American Law course

She speaks Spanish and English.

Experience

Patricia specialises in commercial law. Her most significant practice area is related to corporate and real estate transactions, including the structuring of real estate investments/divestments, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructures.

Patricia also provides ongoing advice on transactions related to investment and divestment in renewable energy projects and the purchase and sale of mortgage and consumer loan portfolios.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Patricia boasts ample experience in the teaching field and lectures at the Advanced Programme for Real Estate & Hospitality organised by the Instituto de Empresa. She also regularly writes articles for economic press and specialist legal magazines
