Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair: ‘Current trends in the restructuring of businesses. A US and Spanish perspective’

This is the fifth Pérez-Llorca/IE Chair on Commercial Law session to take place in the United States, and on this occasion it will be held in collaboration with US firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Speakers will include Matthew A. Feldman, Co-Chairman of Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Managing Partner of the firm’s Washington office; Nick Leone, Partner of Restructuring and Special Situations at PJT Partners and Sara Sánchez, a lecturer at IE Law School. Félix J. Montero, Partner of Litigation and Arbitration at Pérez-Llorca, will moderate the discussion.

The session will take place on 4 June from 8:00 to 10:00 at the Metropolitan Club New York, located at One East 60th Street, New York. Places are limited.
