Profile

Paula joined Pérez-Llorca in November 2018. Between September 2022 and March 2023, she spent time on secondment in London at the Corporate/M&A team of Macfarlanes LLP. Before joining Pérez-Llorca, she worked in the Corporate/M&A practice of a prominent Anglo-American firm in Madrid for two years. Paula also has experience with the Latin American market, after working in the Lima (Peru) office of a Spanish firm in 2018.

Experience

Paula advises on all aspects of corporate transactions, including cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures, re-organisations and corporate governance matters.

Paula has a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions in the industrial, energy and infrastructure sectors. She acts for a wide variety of clients, including large corporations and private equity houses.
