Pérez-Llorca was recognised as ‘Tax Firm of the Year – Spain’, the highest award for our country, at the eighteenth edition of the EMEA Tax Awards in London yesterday. The International Tax Review (ITR) directory, Euromoney’s specialist guide and a world-leading tax publication, presented this award as part of its renowned EMEA Tax Awards.
This recognition is the result of the Pérez-Llorca Tax team’s work on some of the most complex matters and transactions in the market, as well as the rankings obtained in this directory during the year, in which Pérez-Llorca has achieved the highest rating (Tier 1) in the categories of General Corporate Tax, Transactional Tax and Tax Controversy, and in which seven of its lawyers are ranked. Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice area is made up of partners Clara Jiménez, José Azqueta, Norma Peña, Javier Povo, José Suárez and José Ramón Vizcaíno.

The gala, held at The Carlton Tower Jumeirah hotel in the UK capital, brought together Europe’s leading tax law firms and lawyers from 34 jurisdictions.
