Nuno joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023 as Counsel to strengthen the Lisbon team and the firm’s international expansion.
Studies:
- 2003 Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance Law at University College London
- 2000 Degree in Law, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon
He speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Experience
Nuno has over 20 years of experience advising on cross-border transactions in M&A, Project Finance & Development and Banking, with a particular focus on the Infrastructure and Energy sectors. Some of his clients have been major funds, multinationals and financial institutions.
With an eminently international profile, he has developed his career in leading Portuguese and Brazilian law firms.
