Jesús joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, he worked at a prestigious international firm and in a Big Four firm.

Experience
Jesús is currently a member of Pérez-Llorca’s Tax practice area, in the Madrid office. Since joining, he has been advising national and international clients on all matters related to direct and indirect taxation.
Additionally, Jesús provides advice to taxpayers on proceedings before the tax authorities, as well as in proceedings before the economic-administrative and contentious-administrative Courts of all instances. He has also been involved in corporate restructuring and acquisition transactions (design and implementation of tax structures, due diligence, etc.).
Previously, she worked in the firm’s Public and Regulatory Law practice, where she advised clients on a variety of regulatory matters and on proceedings against the public administration in administrative litigation.
