Profile
Antoni joined the firm as Counsel in 2023, and has more than 12 years of experience in the field of public and environmental law.
Between 2010 and 2022 he developed his career in a well-known Spanish law firm, and between 2022 and 2023 he worked in a Big Four firm as the director for the environmental law area in Spain.

Experience
Antoni regularly advises industrial companies and firms operating in regulated sectors on all kinds of administrative and environmental law issues.
As for his environmental law practice, Antoni advises on industrial activities subject to high levels of administrative intervention, in particular in relation to the development and modification of industrial facilities, concessions and authorisations (water, mines, coasts and ports), contaminated land and waste management disputes, industrial safety and challenging environmental taxes.
He also has extensive experience in public-private partnerships in the field of infrastructures and public services, especially in relation in the integral water cycle services, transport infrastructures and works of various kinds, as well as in the waste management sector. In this regard, Antoni has been involved in the incorporation of public-private joint ventures as well as in disputes arising from works and service concessions.
Antoni also advises companies from different sectors on extended producer responsibility, projects linked to the circular economy and companies’ environmental sustainability.
His practice covers regulatory advice in the context of M&A transactions as well as project finance.
In the litigation field, he participates in contentious-administrative proceedings, civil lawsuits with a regulatory or environmental component, as well as in accounting liability proceedings before the Court of Auditors.
