Gabriel Llull joined Pérez-Llorca after completing an internship in the Corporate-M&A department of a big four firm.
Studies:
- 2022 Joint Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession and in Corporate Law, IE Law School (Dean’s List)
- 2021 Degree in Law plus digital regulation and cybersecurity programme at Cardenal Cisneros University (with honours)
He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.
Experience
Gabriel currently works in Pérez-Llorca’s Insurance and Reinsurance practice area, where he is involved in advising domestic and international clients on M&A transactions involving insurance and reinsurance companies and insurance brokers. He has also advised on company and corporate matters and underwriting transactional risk insurance.
He advises on regulatory issues relating to insurance and reinsurance distribution, drafting and interpreting insurance and reinsurance contracts and regulatory compliance. In addition, he has experience in both pre-litigation and litigation matters in civil and commercial law (general liability, D&O, surety, etc.).
Gabriel has published several articles and papers in relation to insurance law and collaborates within the team on regulatory and jurisprudential reviews of major interest to the sector.
