Profile
Mariana joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2024 as associate lawyer to join the Public and Regulatory Law department of the Lisbon office, with the aim of advising clients from the public and private sectors in the areas of administrative law, administrative litigation, and regulation.
Studies:
- 2023 Master Degree in Law and Legal Science, Specialization in Public Law, School of Law, University of Lisbon.
- 2021 Post Grand in Equality Law, Centro de Investigação de Direito Privado and School of Law of University of Lisbon.
- 2017-2021 Bachelor Degree in Law, School of Law of University of Lisbon.
She is fluent in Portuguese and English.
Experience
Mariana has two years of experience working on regulated sector issues and advising clients in areas such as administrative law, administrative litigation and tax litigation. Among the clients she advised are public companies and national and international private companies.
Before joining Pérez-Llorca’s team, Mariana was part of a Portuguese law firm, as an associate lawyer and intern lawyer. In that role, she provided legal counsel to clients in administrative law, administrative litigation, tax litigation, labor litigation, and the energy sector.
