Sofía Pueyo Medina joined Pérez-Llorca in February 2024. Prior to this, she worked at a big four firm for two and a half years.

Experience
Sofía specialises in employment and social security law. She has provided and continues to provide advice on legal audits (due diligence) of both national and international companies, as well as recurring employment advice to national and international clients on matters such as dismissals, claims for payment, claims for rights, senior management, penalties, substantial modifications to working conditions, and company successions. She has also participated in collective bargaining procedures, both in relation to collective bargaining agreements and equality plans. She also has experience in representing clients before the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service, as well as in labour proceedings.
