Pérez-Llorca’s Brussels Insights has returned for 2024. We are starting the year with a double edition for January and February.
In this double edition, we will firstly analyse the European Commission’s new Communication on the European Economic Security Strategy and the five accompanying measures (including the new proposal for a Regulation on the screening of foreign investments); and, secondly, we will review the main legislative developments, focusing on those legislative proposals for which there is a formal commitment to adopt by the Council if the Parliament adopts them on first reading. Finally, we will analyse some of the Court of Justice of the European Union’s most important judgments in January and February.
