Diego joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Corporate/Real Estate department of a well-known Spanish law firm and in the Banking and Finance department of a well-known international law firm.

Diego works in Pérez-Llorca’s Corporate/Real Estate practice area and specialises in commercial and real estate law.
Diego specialises in corporate and real estate matters and transactions, including the restructuring of real estate portfolios, the purchase and sale of properties, structuring joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, leasing, sale and leaseback transactions, forward purchase, etc. He has also been involved in transactions in the tourism/hotel and entertainment sector.
Diego advises domestic and international clients, including investment funds, SOCIMIs, financial institutions, insurance companies, family offices and developers.
Prior to this, Diego worked in the firm’s Land Planning and Environment practice area.
