Profile
Marta Núñez, a specialist in indirect taxation, joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 as a Tax partner in the Madrid office, although she works in coordination with the rest of the firm’s transactional teams.
Studies:

- 2004 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, Universidad Carlos III Madrid
She speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
Experience
Marta developed her career in the Tax department of a Big Four firm in Spain, and specialises in VAT, as well as in energy sector and environmental taxation. She has worked with leading Spanish and international business groups on a wide range of projects, from preparing reports on the VAT taxation of these companies’ businesses and their value chain, and the impact of regulatory, academic and case law changes on these businesses, to participating in M&A transactions and providing advice on taxes in the areas of energy and the environment.
