Javier joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024. Prior to this, he worked in the M&A Real Estate department of a prestigious Spanish firm. Between 2019 and 2020, he worked as an associate in the New York office of a national law firm.

Experience

Javier specialises in advising domestic and international clients on all types of commercial and real estate M&A matters and transactions throughout the investment cycle, including structuring investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, sale and leaseback, financings, leasing, real estate development and divestments.

His main clients are national and international investors, property investment funds, financial entities, national and international developers, final operators and industrial and service companies.

Academic and publishing collaborations

Javier has academic experience, having lectured on the Real Estate Asset Management and Real Estate Asset Marketing programmes at the Instituto de Empresa (IE) and on the Real Estate programme at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles (IEB). He also regularly contributes to the publication of legal articles on current issues.
