Profile

Pablo joined Pérez-Llorca in 2023, after two internships in the Barcelona and Madrid offices. He is currently based in the London office.

Studies:

• 2024 Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession with a specialisation in International Business Law, ESADE Law School
• 2022 Joint Honours degree in Law and Business Administration, ESADE
• 2021 Exchange programme: Course in International and European Union Law, Università Bocconi (Milan, Italy)

He speaks Spanish, English and Catalan.

Experience

Since joining the firm, Pablo has advised on various mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructurings for national and international clients, with a particular focus on private equity transactions. He also provides ongoing advice on corporate law and corporate governance matters. Prior to this, Pablo also provided support to the firm’s Litigation and Arbitration team.
