Michelle joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024, having previously completed work experience at the firm as part of the Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession. Prior to this, she completed work experience in both a domestic firm and an international firm.

Experience
Currently, Michelle is part of the Intellectual Property and Technology practice, where she advises domestic and international clients on data protection, intellectual property and e-commerce. She also has experience in due diligence of both domestic and international companies.
Previously, Michelle worked in the firm’s Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice area, advising domestic and international clients on matters such as dismissals, claims for payment, claims for rights, substantial modifications of working conditions or penalties.
