The legal directory Best Lawyers® has named Pérez-Llorca their 2018 “Law Firm of the Year” in Spain for the practice of Real Estate Law.
This accolade is based on peer to peer votes from partners and lawyers at other firms, their “Lawyer of the Year” awards, and the firm’s reputation on the Spanish market.
In their latest listings, 94% of the partners at Pérez-Llorca are included and it is an even higher percentage than last year. Once again, Corporate and M&A Law is the area in which Pérez-Llorca has the most partners and associates listed.
Additionally, two of our partners have been recognised as a “Lawyer of the Year” in Madrid: Pedro Pérez-Llorca, Senior Partner of Pérez-Llorca, in the category of Corporate and M&A Law and Fausto Romero-Miura, Corporate partner, for Real Estate Law.
Pedro Pérez-Llorca was previously recognised in this same area in 2014 and was recognised in Banking and Finance Law in Madrid in 2015. Previous winners of the “Lawyer of the Year” include Ana Ribó, Litigation and Arbitration partner who received this accolade in Barcelona in 2017 for Litigation and in 2014 for Arbitration and Mediation. Javier Carvajal, Corporate partner, also received this distinction in 2017 for Venture Capital Law in Madrid and José Ramón de Hoces, Public Law partner, for Media Law in Madrid in 2016.
