Ana is a seasoned litigation attorney specialized in the promotion, defense, analysis, and evaluation of judicial and extrajudicial matters, mainly in the areas of civil, commercial, administrative, and family law.

Studies:

  • Diploma in Accusatory and Oral Criminal Proceedings (Proceso Penal Acusatorio y Oral), Instituto Nacional de Ciencias Penales (INACIPE), Mexico City
  • Master’s degree and postgraduate studies in Constitutional Controversies (amparo) with honors, Centro Universitario Integral Ius Semper, Mexico City
  • Seminar of Legal Reasoning, Supreme Court of Justice, Mexico City
  • Diploma in Amparo and Constitutional Controversies, Federal Judicial Council with a private Association of Graduates in Law

She has over twenty years of experience, during which she has advised and represented several corporations, companies, financial institutions and entities, both public and private, as well as individuals. Her experience includes a wide range of matters covering the resolution of corporate conflicts, transactional disputes, compliance claims, breach and nullity of public and private contracts, contractual and non-contractual civil liability, commercial bankruptcy, class actions, expiration of ownership proceedings, enforcement of arbitration awards and national and international judgments, agrarian trials and family disputes, among others.

Ana has also taken part in the analysis and evaluation of litigation matters arising out of legal audits for both public and private entities. She also has experience across matters related to economic and property crimes.
